Terms of Use

Hermes Automation is a privately operated workflow system used by its owner to coordinate research, video production, quality checks, and YouTube upload scheduling. It is not currently offered as a public hosted service, and this website does not provide public account registration.

1. Authorized accounts

Google and YouTube account access is granted by the relevant account owner. Hermes must use each authorization only for the channel and actions permitted by that account's granted scopes. The owner is responsible for reviewing permissions and revoking access when no longer required.

2. Content and publishing responsibility

The operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, metadata, source materials, music, visuals, and publication timing comply with applicable law, platform rules, copyright requirements, and channel policies. Technical quality checks do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, monetization, audience reach, or platform acceptance.

3. Availability and errors

The workflow depends on local hardware, network connectivity, Google/YouTube APIs, and configured production services. Interruptions, authorization revocation, API limits, or service changes may prevent an operation from completing. No uninterrupted availability or successful publication is guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

Hermes must not be used to bypass access controls, misrepresent content, infringe intellectual property, violate platform policies, or perform actions beyond the permissions granted by an account owner.

5. Third-party services

Google, YouTube, and any other integrated services are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. Hermes does not control those services or their availability.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the workflow changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised version is published.
